God has bless me with three kids and a loving husband, i promise to share this Testimony because of God favor in my life, 4months ago i was in desperate need of money so i thought of having a loan then i ran into wrong hands who claimed to be a loan lender not knowing he was a scam. He collected 1,860USD from me and refuse to email me, since then i was confuse,but God came to my rescue, one faithful Sunday i went to church after the service i share idea with a Church member and she introduce me to a loan agency owned by an Anglican Church, she said she was given 35,000USD by the loan agency. I collected the loan agency email address and i emailed them on Monday morning, he told me the rules and regulation and i followed. I have account in askari bank clifton branch near Ideas by Gul ahmed.. its the worst bank i have ever seen in my entire life, all the time system is out of order, customer care is more then worst, Staff is totaly non-cooperative.. i request the management to take some serious action on the staff and email me back on which i have provided!!

Assalamoalikom, I have an account in Askri bank F-10 branch Islamabad, but now a days i am very busy in my job and ATM so far to my office and home,can i use ID and passward for Internet banking?Or change my accunt type? Can bank help for this? And askari bank notices only debits ie when draw some amount from accounts through ATM,bank sends a notice by SMS on cell and this service is not active to my account.And my request activate this service and also activate other services like any type of transaction whether it is debit or credit (deposition of salary or any deposit which is done to my account should be noticed whether it is through ATM or any other source. It is not impossible coz other banks are doing so.plz and thanx

Assalamoalikom I m one of your customers I have a complaint that askari bank notices only debits ie when I draw some amount from my account through ATM bank sends me a notice by SMS on my cell and it is only done when I do this transaction through ATM ,however I suggest that any type of transaction whether it is debit or credit (deposition of salary or any deposit which is done to my account)should be noticed whether it is through ATM or any other source and it is not impossible coz other banks are doing so

i m running a current account ,titled by Muhammad Bilal since 2004. A/C no is 040101043052 at my wife did a transaction of Rs. 10,000/ which was failed at chhor cantt . she did it again for 10,000 Rs which was success full but 20,000 Rs were deduted. my mrs immediately pursued the matter by ringing at peshawar cantt br at phone no 0919212433 with namely Mr Mustafa fol by the fax complain with the Atm transac reciept. she was told that transaction has not occured and mony has gone back that will be transferred back in the A/C with in 3 days but 7 days have already passed and no rectification of the problem has been carried out further there is some misappropriation in the a/c as per the bal checks on and off please check the A/C statement for the complete running year and fwd me the same on the same email address bcoz in the complete seven years i have not got my account statement even once which is against the consumers rights. 2. i hv taken a loan as well from your bank as my pay is coming to your bank since last seven years. if any of the pay gets late bank has the sys to call the consumer but never tells about the left over installments of the loan. i urge to pursue my case vigorousely and will high lt the matter at the appropriate forum as well . i hope this piece of mine will be taken as seriouse note for the bank repute and your able leadership will rectify all the problems which i m facing. an early action at your end will be solicited

i hold the credit card of this bank,and m lacking bhind some pyment,the guy from askari bank rcovery departmane caled,he told mehis name is naeem ahmed sab,in karachi awt 3rd floor,recovery department the guy use abusive laguage,2 me and about my family 4 no reason what so ever,and noe seeing that this bank has such a ill manered staff working for them i have decided not pay a single dime of intrest which is due to me.period,and this guy should b fired.

i ues 2 b n askari bank credit card holder,i had dues 2 pay 2 the bank,the guy 4om bank came and took the money and gave me fake recipt nad took the money,after a year or so the bank called me and said i still have 2 pay as the bank rap,how took the money did,nt sumited my mony to the bank officialy,a gay name naeem ahmed called me and used very faual and abusiv languge,which was nat nessary at all,this bank has really inconsiderate staff,and really under educated people working 4 them,this bank is because of them is not a good bank at all,ther for i ,will advice u 2 not 2 b its custemer.

I opted for shopping coupon against my earned points which were never delivered. Instead my points were deducted. I have been complaining about this for a long time. My last complaint no. 417017 was handled by Lahore Customer service but to no avail. To be honest I now feel embarrassed myself to pursue this case any further. Although it reflects too badly on your customer service and complaint handling mechanism, I am sure that the matter can be sorted at the appropriate level. This would surely help me rebuild confidence in my bank. I expect that the matter will be resolved at the earliest and handled as a special case.
