PROCEDURES
1. Buyer sends LOI
2. Seller Mandatary issues SCO
3. Buyer issues NCNDA, ICPO plus BCL not older than 5 banking days
4. Seller or seller Mandatary issues FCO
5. Buyer sends signed FCO filled in with all information to Seller
6. Seller sends to Buyer Draft Contract
7. Buyer sign and seal Draft Contract and returns signed documents to Seller
8. Seller arrange all the inevitable allowances and certificates for approval to export the product outside the Russian federation.
9. Seller returns signed & sealed contract with Proforma Invoice to Buyer
10. Seller and Buyer exchange 2 hard copies simultaneously by courier and copies are duly signed & sealed.
11. Both the contracting parties submit Draft Contract to its Bank
12. Buyers Bank declare to the sellers bank via SWIFT MT799 transmission of their readeness to issue the agreed payment instrument
13. Seller accepts MT 799 and the Seller’s bank sends to the Buyer’s bank via SWIFT MT799 transmission of their readiness to send the confirmation about 2% Performance bond (PB) including POP.
