sir, it is regretfully submitted that i was the holder of credit card No. 4025-8102-5120-7002 and after receipt of the settlement letter i paid my settlement amount on 13.07.2012. last installment amount was paid Rs.3950/- last 3 days some one of your bank is calling at my home telephone number and demanding amount. while my cell No.0321-8727106 is working and i am always in my office when the person called at my home telephone number. The person who calling is not trained as he has no ethics. neither he told his name nor wants to introduce himself. please go through my e-mail and resolve my issue. please contact me at my cell no.0321-8727106 at any time. hopefully u will resolve my issue and take necessary action against the staff and particularly against the person who called my home.
