Any deviation from given specification must be reflected in technical proposal. 6. User Manual, certification, calibration, QA & QC documents should be provided with the equipment. 7. Supplier shall highlight the deviation where applicable. 4 Panel should contain options of auto and manual synchronization. 5 Vendor shall be bound to replace any damaged or defective material. 6 Vendor shall be responsible for engineering, supply of material and accessories and site installation and commissioning of synchronization panel. 7 Vendor shall be solely responsible for damage caused to any material or property. 8 Vendor shall submit a performance bond of 10% of contract value applicable for a period of 06 months from date of successful commissioning.
