Radiator Cores :
Radiators doesn’t work with size only, it requires a complete study and research to familiar with Cooling system of the engines that how the system works for better cooling efficiency for the engine. After completing this thorough research, we design the radiator cores. Following is small case study which helps the customer to understand how FWT different from others:·
Diesel and Gas engine’s running temperatures always find to be different from each other , normally gas engines running temperature is higher than the diesel engines so the radiator size may vary due to change in fuel system
The correct calculation for tubes and fins is really important as tubes allows water to pass through it also number of tubes are proportional to the radiator size or horse power of engine
The fins used to absorb the heat from tubes and radiate the heat in atmosphere by fan air
FWT core are certified through testing process upto 25 PSI which is thrice than the actual pop up pressure
Radiator Assembly :
The company offers a complete range of high performance, dependable & long lasting radiator assembly , using upto 2mm thick sheet than the original product according to the PH of the water at client’s location.The radiators are supplied after the completion of the leakage test process
