Dear Sir, What is wrong with 111-111-425. I have been trying to contact this no to check an enquiry regarding IBAN No. issued to me, for thelast two days.But every time the tape says all bankers are busy. I made several attempts and waited for several minutes to get a banker but of no use. I believe either system is defective or you have designed system which is not capable to cater the work load. I am using hbl atm card since past 3 years but very sorry to say that in our city it is usually out of order and if i complain to the manager branch he always ask that we just consulted head office and soon the issue will be resolved. often the links are also down and we can not use atm in other branches other than hbl.

Dear hbl head salam i inform u that u r banking services r so poor.my misses opened an acount in talagang branch on july 4.2012.as per banking policy which i know atm card should b delivered with in 15 working days.bt u r bank didnot.they delivered after 3 months in september.after applying 2nd time for card.by the mistake of manager telefone number was wrote rong.so card cannot be activated.we apply for correction of fone number.the official told us that u will recieve an sms from hbl first than card can b activated.but after 2 weeks we r still waiting for that sms.please help us.otherwise we will go to state bank. thank you very much.

Dear sir, Asslam Alaikum, we are already NTN issued & registered firm of karachi, providing copying rental services to more than 150 customers since last 7-8 years, however we have ur 16-18 branches all over khi providing same services, in the past, based on our invoices payments were released through payorder in our firm favour, now suddenly instruction issued by ur management that account to be open by every vender in your only HBL at any branch in karachi to collect the payment, sir we already have two bank accounts MCB/FASIAL BANK to manage our firm activity n now if we open another account only for hbl that would be a issue for us as monitering n check balance of payments n tax deduction will henance our activity so i would request you to kindly consider any alternate way out as the objective of payment is to confirm the right vender n collection in right hand through payorders, yes i do agree if the amount in a year is more than even Rs 75000 or 100,000 than a seperate account may be a concern, but in our case maximum payent in a month is Rs 3300- 3600/- of any branch in khi which we have in hand. furthermore we have several other banks with us on same contracts and if in future all say the same thing like your requirement than 7 more bank accounts for us to open. I opened my account (1236-79007647-03) with HBL Kashmir Road, Rawalpindi Branch on 12-11-2012. I was asked to collect the cheque book after one week. I visited the bank after one week and repeatedly did so every third day, and because of non-receipt of cheque book till 28-11-2012 I have closed the account today on 29-11-2012. Because, "Ba kamal log, la jwab service". The Bank gone Privatized but attitude is remain the same like government institutions. Take care of it or avoid incurring huge amounts towards publicity... I paid IESCO bill through HBL ATM. Amount is appearing in arrears. Later it came to know that HBL is not authorized to collect bills through ATM. I paid that amount along-with surcharge again. Disputed amount is still unsettled. Bank authorities did not bothered to settle the issue. Very Poor service. Can be rated as criminal. I will advise every one not to use HBL ATM for bill payment.

i used atm machine .the bank emplee said to me.the machine is out of order.wait for only 10 mintues.after 30 mintues ,the bank official named m.yasir said to me.the machine is cirrect .you can use it.i use the machine idraw 2000 rs but the machine gave me the atm card,not give the money.i mention yasir,he said plz wait .i do it near the machine at least 20 mintues. yasir said to me .your money reached karachi. another person did so. complain yasir and the manager and haroon. plz guide me.

AOA I am a businessman and i have my account in HBL main branch Dera Ismail Khan for five years, i have some complaints about the manager of this branch. Before Eid ul azha I was in need of some fresh currency notes , I asked for the cash to cashier for arranging our demand, the cashier told us that the manager himself is distributing the copies to the account holders. So I met with the manager and requested him for some copies the manager promised us till the next day. Next day he deferred till some other day, then I took ten copies of fresh notes from ALFALAH bank D I Khan with whom I never have had any business, it is of so sad when I told him all about that then he told me that he had received only fifteen bundles from STATE Bank. Can anyone believe that a main branch had received such a low no of copies? Like me many other account holders are dissatisfied with his act and services he is providing to us. My monthly turn over is twelve to fourteen million rupees. I request to the higher authorities to take serious notice of non serious and non professional act of such a responsible seat at the main branch of the city.

AoA, It is a matter of Rs. 5 Lack but no one is going to help me in this regard. I personally visit HBL Rawalpindi twice but instead of solving the problem they give me an email address home.remittance@hbl.com and told me email on this address and you will get a response. I had sent 02 emails on the same address along with full details on 5th October and 09th October 2012 respectively but I have not yet received any response from the concerned. Now I request you to review my case at appropriate level and apprised accordingly through my email address. If you have query regarding the case please let me know. Sir, I used my ATM card on 7th Aug-2012 at HBL Soosan Roard Faisalabad branch, But the machine does not issued the money. On the next day when i checked the balance, system show the deduction of 25000 for the date of 7th Aug-2012, which is totally fake transaction. I t is requested to roll back this fake transection immediately.

As i am working in dubai since last 26 years. being pakistani we are willing to have account with pakistani banks like HBL etc. Currently only two branches are in operation which are quit far and difficult to reach. ATM machines are also not avaiable. Finally i would say that standard of the bank is very poor compare to the other banks. crew in our bank is very proud and not attending the phone calls even. pls. look into and enhance your country fellows to help the country through your bank.
