I am tired of HBL. They don't reply even to the emails. Month ago email inquiry was sent to bank that i am abroad and i want to check status of my account but i believe HBL is not interested in making any foreign account holders. This time when i will visit Pakistan, i will open account in some other Bank. I want a reliable bank to submit remittance and the bank shall respond whenever i have a question.

Dear Sir, Madam, Today I called at your head office at 32418000, One Staff receive my call, and I asked him a very simple question actually quoted a message received from HBL on my mobile. But he could not understand actually he didn’t have the knowledge about it. It was written in the message that, my credit card request has been approved for card activation and pin generation please call to hbl from any of your number listed with hbl. I just asked him that I have not got the card so why should I activate it and how could I when I don’t have my card in my hand. so he smiled or laughed and showed very casual attitude and ask me to call as 111 111 425, I told him that I called you so you should have satisfied me rather giving me other number I am not idle to call here and there, hbl going to earn profit not me so hbl has to make effort. But regrettably, such attitude of hbl staff will ruin hbl or take it to the worst condition GOD FOR BIDDEN. anyways just mend his ways or take remedial measures in order to have smooth relationship with customer b/c customer does not have time to bear such unaware staff. Acknowledge and confirm understanding.

Dear Sir, I am one the user of Credit Card facility offered by your esteemed bank. I opted this facility on the request of your staff, though I was not in favour of this opportunity. But on repeated telephone calls I availed the facility. I have been using the facility for the last 3 months only. What my reservation is that I want to pay the monthly bills in time. But it seems that I have been forced to make the payment after due date, so that penalty could be imposed, and bank can get extra money in the name of late deposit or surcharge. What is actually happening is that bank generate the monthly bill on 15th of each month, and payment date is 5th of next month. I received the first monthly bills on 12th almost one month after its generation, and the current bill is still awaited on 13-Jan-2012. So it is very difficult for me to pay the bill in time. I repeatedly endorsed this delay delivery on help line, but no remedial action has been taken so far. I decided to bring this in your kind notice so that necessary action could be taken. I will remain stay for another couple of months after that I will prefer to surrender the facility. Hi there I am an oversea Pakistani. My mother has an account with HBL in Peshawar (at HBL GT Road Orkazai Green Tower,Peshawar branch). I have wired out some money from US and still the money is hanged in Karachi branch. They called back my bank in USA to confirm the HBL branch number where the money further has to be credited but unfortunately the bankers at the Peshawar in this concern branch are so lousy that they keep giving my poor old mother the wrong information which has not only caused delaying in funds but also in-connivance to my old mother. Could you please tell me provide me the branch code/number (not the phone number) so that karachi HBL on jinnah road can transfer funds to peshawar branch. The Governor State Bank of Pakistan. The Director consumer protection dept. SBP The President HBL Pakistan karachi The Chief Manager, S.B.C Bank SBP Hyderabad . It is requested that I was booked XLI Corolla on bank leasing through H.B.L Ghari khata branch Hyderabad vide lease agreement No.AUTO/05/0089/041 in year 2005. The vehicle was supplied to me under registration No.AKB-956 with all registration documents under name of H.B.L in year 2006, when I was paid 50% amount of cost of vehicle as down payment.. The H.B.L Ghari khata branch Automobile section had obtained advance sixty cheaques of UBL Qasimabad Hyderabad branch from me for monthly installments at rate of Rs.9776/- per month and also obtained 4 more advance cheaques for payment of yearly insurance installments of vehicle .It is to mention here that all advance cheaques of monthly installments & insurance were cleared and payment had been made to HBL Ghari khata branch from my account and not a single cheaque is returned back during the period of five years without payment . After payment of all due amount through advance cheaques .I have applied for closing of my Auto Account & release of original document of my vehicle vide my letter dated 11-02-2011 ,addressed to Manager HBL Ghari khata . It is a matter of great concern that in response to my above letter, the Manager HBL Ghari khata vide his letter No.SSHJ/0031/11 dated 22nd February 2011, informed that I have paid installments without insurance and amount of insurance is out standing against me.In this regard I have made complaint against injustice act of HBL Ghari khata branch to higher authorities of HBL and also Worthy Governor State Bank of Pakistan for redressal of my grievances through e-mail and by courier service. The Regional Headquarter HBL has informed me that there is amounting to Rs.32003/- outstanding against me for adjustment of insurance charges.This version of HBL authorities amounts a fraudulent act against regular and law abiding client, and also violation of State Bank of Pakistan policy, which needs special attention of higher authorities of SBP for taking appropriate action against lawlessness activities of such financial institutions. I have made payment of HBL completely by advance cheaques; hence any further demand is illegal and fabricated.I have approached HBL regional office Hyderabad several times, but all in vain.On the contarary an officer of regional office Hyd Mr.Abid misbehaved with me .which is a serious lawless on his part. respectable concerned staff, i am a govt employee in PAF and presently residing at shahrah-e-faisal, karachi. on 2nd nov, 2011, i went to one of the branches of HBL, near PAF, Shahrah-e-faisal, to collect the check book of an official account, of my squadron. I went to the concerned man, Mr. Ashraf, but he told me that its not his duty to issue the check-book, and asked me to wait at the counter. I waited there, good about for more than 15 mins. and then i went to the cashier and inquired about my check-book. He told me that it is issued by Mr. ashraf and I should go and see him...!!!! I again went to Mr. Ashraf, but seeing me, he got up and went inside. istarting waiting again.... after sometime, when I realized that he is not going to come out in the same date, i asked one of the peons, who replied very rudely that he will not come...!!! I asked him why will he not come..? he said "he is offering prayer..." i waited again, but even then no joy, i asked the peon to tell Mr. Ashraf that i am waiting since long and he should come and do the needful. Mr. Ashraf shouted from inside "ask him to go, the check-book can't be issued...!!!!" i ask u a question sir, what would you have done if you were in my place...??? i was in uniform, and this man continously embarrassed me. I went to the manager and asked him about the check-book. he asked me to wait, i told him that im doing it for a good. that man got up for me, went to Mr. Ashraf's table, who was still not there, found my check-book on his shelf and issued it to me... sir, tell me another thing, are you employing people like Mr. Ashraf to tease and embarrass people...??? i am really ashamed of visiting your bank...

Dear sir, Im doing business with HBL since i was in school. Now im 55 a professor in university.I draw my monthly monthly sailary from my account in the branch from where i applied for Agri Running finance on 29-09-2011, with all formalities completed, my case was objected on the grounds that im a LAWYER and reffered to Karachi. IM disappointed and feel humiliated that dispaite having such a long association and clean business history n mortgaging property worth more then Rs 10 million, i could not get loan of only 5 lac which could easily be done by Peshawar zonal office. If RGM credit Mr.Arshad Farooq has this attitude with me how an ignorant farmer could get benefit out of it?Moreover i would like to submit that though im not a professional LAWYER , discriminating some one mere on bases of profession is unconstitutional and illegal, if otherwise qualified. Last working day I visited HBL Bahadurabad branch where a banner was hanging as written (Bank subh 8:30 se raat 8:30 baje tak khulla rahe ga) but when I went to the teller and plus bank manager Mr. Naveed Mukkram to withdraw cash he replied me that we are here just for deposit not for cash payment. Sir can you please explain why it is written in the banner that branch is open for deposit not for cash withdrawal; it means customer are being made fool by the bank.

aoa, well i am a govt employee and holding an account in habib bank cantt branch multan, i tried a lot to find a way to launch complaint against this branch's manager but your web site is not working, so i have to use this forum, well its been almost 6 months now that my cheque for Rs5000/ was directly sent by CMA to my bank, but was not credited, i talked to the manager a number of times and he accepted that the bank has lost it, now the manager says that its not the bank's mistake, although i have given him all the documentary proofs as well i.e Pakistan Post office Reciept on which the cheque was recieved in the bank but the manager says its not his or bank's fault, i tried to get a duplicate cheque but CMA wants treasury reciept of state bank which as per the bank manager is again my responsibility, well to my horror its really alarming that a abank which claims to be so much reputed is this much customer concerned, i want your comments that is it the customer's fault who by mistake has got his account in one of your branches.

Mr Tufail Ahmed S/O Ghulam Abass having mobile no 03023108442 authority to collect the money. He visited Naushahro Feroze sindh branch. It was told him that the number is starting with PON that mean this amount can becollected from Head Office. If FT is written that means we can collect from any place. Now is very difficult to approach karachi and we have urgent need of this money, it will be used for omera purpose. I 'm living in abord and willing to start business in pakistan with some of my friends, i choose to open the account in HBL but i got very bad exp in HBL i never see this kind of bad customer service in ever any where. MD there is very rude never know how to talk to customer. he for get that he is there on his post coz of customers if no customer he should pack his stuff. now i planed to cutt off a/c in HBL. and i strongly advice to HBL CEO AND MDS to provide the proper training to your managers, let them know how to talk to customer and how importnt is customer to any organization.
