With very due respect,i want to mention that i am a loyal customer of MCB.I have got a car on lease from Mcb .Today i went to pay lease payment at 5.18pm Circular road branch Sialkot .As the closing timing mentioned outside was 6 pm. The crew members had closed the branch already before mentioned timing .they also had a bad and untolerable behaviour towards me.If you have any suspicion on my words you can check the CCT photage.I hope MCB will take action against this practise which have a bad name on MCB.I want my respect back which they have damaged,i want them to say sorry and discontinue this practise for other customers.Looking forward to your positive response and please contact me i am waiting for your response.Regards,Shahbaz Minhas

MCB, is not replying to any querry on this website, thats becoz of this website, which is not official MCB website. So i would like to say to all the MCB account holders and other peoples who have no account in MCB, but have some questions, dont waist your time and energy here, MCB will never reply you. Better option is to call for free from any ptcl or v fone on this number 080069622 and get all the informations. But they are not so quick u have to be patient.

surprised to read all the views and found not single reply to any query.may be replies were only given to respected emails, but it would have been a great help if some common querries were answered here for all to read, doing that could solve most of the concerned people. well, my problem is i am trying to register for online banking after filling the form i found out that i need to enter complete digits of my account number, surprise for me , because i have been using my account since 1999 march and i was always asked for my five digit number, now i have no idea what is my complete account number????? may be i am dumb enough to not have it ! i am unable to find any help at mcb.com.pk and calling a helpline is useless.can any body tell me without visiting my branch can i get to know my complete account number. i know it sounds stupid but i have the idea that there are a lot of zeros with branch and city code etc but i am not aware of the formation of all these.

Aslam o Alikum Sir I am new customer of MCB. i apply for visa card and than i receive my visa card but after that a long and time consuming and money wasting work by which i became strongly disappoint from your banking on 3 December 2012 about 1 o clock i call at this no# 021111000622 for visa card activation first time 7 mint just Waite than there is some one to listen i tell my personal detail after 12 mints call disconnect.so once again i connect a call on the same no after 4 mints there is a gentle man i tell my whole story once again he active my visa card but when he connect to system to choose a cord then once again disconnect my call,so in 3rd time i try and repeat same process after few my call disconnect dew to low credit in this process i lost 60 rupees and not gain any think at last today 4 December i recharge a new 100 card and after 11 mints effort i complete my job so you can imagen about 100 rupees gone and lot of time and extra tension please do some thing for your service other wise like so many peoples will be leave your banking system.... uzair shafqat I.D#36102-6382280-9 acount no#0604058351000459

MCB is good bank but the problem is that there is no support for outsourced employee's who works for 2yrs and above for serving the bank and they just get the reward for just OGIV just 14013 RS. pay. MCB prefer to other hiring inspite of that he has to confirm his already working outsourced employee but there's nothing for outsourced employee but just regret and the end that staff prefer to do switch in other banks so sad sir

I want to register my complain after having no response from your bank branch of Abul Hassan Isphani road. My ATM card was captured in the machine at 6:00 pm on Saturday after displaying the message that your card has be captured. I visited the respective branch on Monday, Tuesday & even on Wednesday, but your Operational Manager is not responding. On Monday he told me that the card is not present in the mechine & he can confirm after checking scrol. But after passing three days; he has no time to check the scrol as committed & I am unable to get any response from him.

To, Chairman MCB. May 18, 2012 Sir, I am an account holder in your Chaklala Scheme III Branch Rawalpindi (account no 0089645051000380). Last month I went to the branch to get a pay order made in favor of Defense Housing Society it took me five visits and five days to get the pay order made. Every time I was told that the branch was off line. This month again my first visit to the branch was on the 11th of May 2012 my objective was the same to get a pay order made in the favor of Defense Housing Society. Now after four visits to the branch in seven days I am unable to get the pay order made. Although your Staff was very polite but that really doesn't matter much if your branch is off line for such long times. I heard in the news that MCB was declared the best Bank of Pakistan for consecutive times. Sir if this is our best the God save Pakistan. Although I have got my pay order made from an other bank but I really thought you must be told of what is going on in your branches. MCB is a good bank.I m Ashfaq i m having an account in MCB wahdat rd Branch Lhr but i m very disappointed with the services of the bank from the last two days suffering from their link down problem Two days no link is been updates and ai have to bear a lot of botheration. i have called their help center for help but no one bother to pick the phone from their help center i have called for 3 times and i have to hold for more then half an hour but even then no one bother to pick the phone and i have to face the tension as i have tried to take the money from my ATM card from many other 1 link Banks and the amount as i think been transactioned and computer said excess amount i m still in tension due to their poor quality services

Since last 20 years I have maintained a current and pls account at Binnori Town Branch (code 816), without any complain. But the newly transferred assistant manager has shaken my faith in mcb so much that I have decided to close my account now. He is rude, uncooperative and totally without good manners, the qualities which a client looks for in a bank. Is anyone above care to look into the matter and get rid of him before he repels everyone entering the promises.

Here is a big problem with us in MCB sujawal branch code 1500, Mr Masood Memon is working here , his behavior is very bold with account holders his attitude is just like any police officer I think 7 years ago MCB opened this branch at that time mr Masood Memon joined MCB sujawal after 7 years he is still here many officers changed but he is not can I ask why ? Its a matter of 17.10.11 early morning. I got a new ATM card form my branch 1194 i.e. Nishtar chowck, Multan. When I tried to activate it, First I have to wait a lot to connect call center and when connected after giving some information to the concern lady, she told me that your account is a joint account and this ATM card can not be activated. She also said that the branch which has given you the ATM card has committed a mistake. It was a serious concern for me, I again went to the branch and shared my problem with the operational Manager. He said that now activate the card in my presence. I again tried and finally connected to the call center, now another lady asked again so many queries and my card was aciviated. SUGGESTION:- It is suggested to please have at least a half day training session about customer handling to the relevant person. In this way for many of the valueable customers time will be saved and can be avoided a lot of disturbance. Hope for the best
