I joined the ICI Bangladesh Ltd. a subsidiary of ICI PLC, UK in 1991 and started to promote PP & PE from ICI UK and later from Australia. Afterwards ICI Australia became ORICA Australia and continued to promote their products. In 1999 I joined Linkers (Far East) Pte Ltd. as the Country Manager for heading the PP & PE business from the then MONTELL which later became BASELL and after that LYONDELLBASELL. It may be mentioned that we made LYONDELLBASELL as the market leader in Bangladesh during 2004 to 2010. We are now looking for a new supplier of PP & PE as LYONDELLBASELL has discontinued their agency in all countries.
