AOA, I had opened my A/C in UBL Karim Block Allama Iqbal Town branch on July 27,2018. I haven't received my welcome package neither ATM Card yet. In spite of my several complaints in branch as well as on line,I haven't received my duplicate ATM Card and welcome package up til today. I have experienced WORST customer service by a commercial bank that is by UBL.
