Lucky Motor Corporation officially launches Chinese automaker GAC Group’s electric vehicle lineup in Pakistan, opening bookings for four new models under the Aion and Hyptec brands.
Lucky Motor Corporation (LMC) has entered into an exclusive partnership with China’s Guangzhou Automobile Group (GAC) to launch its new energy vehicles in Pakistan. According to company disclosures under the Securities Act 2015, LMC is now taking bookings for four electric vehicle (EV) models. The company confirmed that pricing for a fifth model, the Aion ES sedan, will be revealed at a later stage.
The initial lineup includes vehicles from both the Aion and premium Hyptec sub-brands. According to LMC, the ex-factory prices and partial booking amounts are set as follows:

Industry experts state that this alliance introduces a fully supported EV ecosystem to the local market. Buyers receive official warranties, spare parts, and an authorized dealership network. This infrastructure addresses previous consumer concerns regarding grey-market vehicle imports.
LMC is a subsidiary of Lucky Cement Limited. The parent company operates across multiple sectors. It includes chemicals, energy, mining, and mobile phone assembly. LMC already manufactures and distributes Kia and Peugeot vehicles in Pakistan.
Representatives say LMC will leverage its established dealer network and local manufacturing experience to compete with established EV brands such as BYD and MG. GAC Group is a Fortune 500 company and ranks at the top of China’s JD Power Quality Survey.
