PUBG Mobile just rolled out its biggest update of the season. Version 4.6 went live on September 8, 2026. It will stay until November 10, 2026.
The main feature is a new mode called Midnight Hunters. It turns familiar map spots into vampire battle zones. Players can hunt vampires, or turn into one themselves.
Midnight Hunters: Hunt or Get Hunted
In this mode, hunters go up against vampires. Players visit Vampire Hunter Guild spots across the map. There, they fight enemies and try to learn the story of a mysterious figure called the Nightkeeper.
Four vampire enemies stand in the way: Bloodwalkers, Nightbats, Vampire Elders, and Elite enemies. Each one fights in its own way. The Vampire Elder can summon orbs that make nearby enemies stronger.
Players also get new gear. The Twilight Bat Wings turn a player into a bat, adding hover, dash, and sonar moves. The Silvermoon Chain can attack enemies, help players move across the map, or block incoming damage.
There’s also Bloodline Awakening. Players who get eliminated can come back as a vampire and fight the other side. This runs every Friday through Sunday in September.
More Changes Across the Game
Ocean Odyssey returns to Erangel on September 30. Players should also watch for a giant serpent breaking through the ground there. Its shell hides scales and reward drops.
Four brand collabs are rolling out too. Lincoln joins from September 10. One-Punch Man arrives September 20. B.Duck follows on October 2. Alan Walker’s new track, “FATE,” is free to unlock in-game until November 10.
