Through Roshan Digital Accounts, remittances from overseas Pakistanis have reached $10.912 billion.

According to the State Bank, from September 2020 to the end of August 2025, overseas Pakistanis sent a total of $10.912 billion in foreign exchange to the country through Roshan Digital Accounts. In August alone, these accounts recorded remittances of $164 million. During the same period, overseas Pakistanis also sent $1.859 billion abroad through these accounts.

The State Bank further reported that in the last five years, overseas Pakistanis have invested a total of $1.525 billion in the country via these accounts. This includes $485 million in Naya Pakistan Certificates, $958 million in Naya Pakistan Islamic Certificates, and $82 million through Roshan Equity Investments.

It is worth noting that the State Bank has introduced several measures to simplify and facilitate the process of sending remittances, which has led to a steady increase in the number of these accounts.
