Khaadi is set to list on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The clothing brand has priced its IPO shares between Rs 12.40 and Rs 18 each.
The company wants to raise between Rs 6.2 billion and Rs 8.3 billion. That money comes from two parts. A pre-IPO sale of 250 million shares to 15 large investors raises up to Rs 3.8 billion. A public offering of another 250 million shares raises up to Rs 4.5 billion.
At the top price, Khaadi’s market value works out to about Rs 45 billion. At the floor price, it’s closer to Rs 31 billion, Mettis Global reports. Arif Habib Limited is the lead manager on the deal.
Khaadi plans to use 57% of the IPO proceeds, about Rs 1.76 billion, to repay bridge loans from HBL, Faysal Bank, Askari Bank, and Al Baraka Bank. The rest, about Rs 1.34 billion, will fund eight new “experience stores,” due to open by mid-2027. Four of the eight were already open by June 2026.
The Revenue Picture
Khaadi’s revenue was Rs 28.8 billion for the year ending June 30, 2026, Profit by Pakistan Today reports. But growth has been slow for years. Revenue was around Rs 16 billion in 2016 and Rs 25 billion in 2021. Average growth since 2016 has been about 6% a year, below Pakistan’s average inflation of 10.8% a year over the same stretch.
Khaadi now runs 31 stores, 18 of them “experience stores.” That’s down from a peak of 62 stores in 2020, Profit reports. By 2028, the company wants every physical store converted to the experience format.
