Petrol price went up in Pakistan today. Diesel price went down on the same day. The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) issued new rates for October 6, 2026. The Petroleum Division confirmed them in its notification.
- Petrol: Rs 393.64 per litre, up 88 paisa from Rs 392.76
- High-speed diesel (HSD): Rs 397.76 per litre, down Rs 1.88 from Rs 399.64
Petrol cost Rs 387.40 per litre on October 1. It has gone up by more than Rs 6 in the first week of October.
Diesel cost Rs 400.35 per litre on October 1. It has come down by about Rs 2.59 since then.
