Dear Mr.M.Saleem C.E.O Galaxy Computers My name is Allah bux from DHA Karachi, I purchased one Wi-Fi Modem Router of Linksys from Galaxy computers approx. one month ago for my Organization . When i was try to configure this router it is difficult for me to configure, i sent it to galaxy computers for technical support , the technichal person of galaxy deny to provide the support, He replied that only we showing display is on or off at purchased time ,we are not responisble to you for this equipments connectivity with internet. i contact to your sales person Mr.Noman but He not satisfied or given solution regarding this. It was 4 th or 5 th time visit to galaxy computers office but they all not provide Not any solution, without wasting my time. Finally Mr.Noman return me Rs. 4500/= amount after wasting my long time, which is not a original Purchased amount of this equipment which is Rs.6100/=, I asked Mr.Noman on which policy of your company you have deducted my huge amount but he not satisfied me. Now I am very desperate from your sales man attitudes as i explained above. It is not a first time that i purchased IT equipment from your organization, but this attitude desperate me & my organization for future,
