Dear Atif R. Bokhari Sb I am an account holder of UBL and have serious reservations about UBL online banking. No responsible person is available to reply the queries of customers. I have a simple question that where is the customer satisfaction. I wonder to see your contact information menu where no land line telephone , cell phone or email ID is provided that is Head of the Institution is not ready to listen to the genuine complaints of account holders. A/C Holders are important stakeholders and the bank is being run on their deposits. At least an officer of the level of VP be deputed for listening to the complaints of account holders. Regards,

Hi Mr Atif, I have a account with ubl and I am a non resident pakistani, my account has become dormant and I am unable to do any transactions, I called karimabad branch and I was asked to go to the branch physically but as I am a non resident pakistani, Is there any other way to activate my account. I even called net banking and they were unable to help me with it. Its very unfortunate that as a non resident pakistani we have to face these problems. Dear Sir, I am regretting to inform you about the worst performance of UBL University Road Branch, there performance and attitude with the customers and general public is really needed to be screwed. On Oct 16, 2012 I visited to your university road branch along with my son to make a pay-order , my son filled the pay-order form and attached a cheque of Rs. 600,000/- and submit to the counter after 25 mints upon several follow-up, a leady at counter told me that Branch Manager is not at his seat & I had to wait till he come back. After waiting several mints I found Branch Manager sitting in the corner and filling air in the balloon. I am surprised to see this situation that he is paying salary for filling balloons rather to serve customers?? Anyway after approx 45 mints, I was refused to make pay-order by Ms. Saima Alam with comments that “” we will not make this pay-order”” Is this the proper justification ….?? Upon several exchange of dialogue she told me that sign is differ then I request the Manager and he himself verify the sign and his endorsement is still available on the cheque but Ms. Saima Alam refused to make pay-order and argue that she is the Operations Manager and she will not let this payorder …?? Then Mr. Rashid comes out from the cash room leaving all cash & customers at cash counter and asked me to go out and we will not make this payorder upon which some customers start arguing from my side and start complaining that this is their routine attitude. I told them I will complain this to Head Office but no use they told me that go and do complain to anyone as u wish. Worst Worst service and worst worst staff UBL I had ever faced …., For me its no issues, I and my all friends will close all accounts from UBL but they insulted me which is not only against ethics but its also a crime to insult someone. sir i hv baen paid my ACCA fee pound 207 by using UBL wiz card.... i paid RS 20000 and RS 30000 BY using wiz card. the payment of RS 20000 hs been successfully credited to marchent account bt the payment of RS 30000 hv not been credit to marchent account.the amount have debited from my account but did,t credit to marchent account.and today is my last date of submision.now i will charge app RS 5000 extra for late payment.wht do i have to do...?

I have been using ubl net banking card since last year,but em so much disappointed this time because i deposited 500k rps in this account and i seriously didn't have idea at that em actually crossing the deposit limit of this card but to my utter disappointment more,the staff of ubl deposited that amount without even bothering to me that after depositing that i couldn't be able to use this card.so after that i sent them request that now kindly refund my money back but to me so so so utter disappointment they are just not responding properly.I seriously want to talk with ubl president now that even if i was at my ignorance why their staff didnt let me know that em actually exceeding the limit and now the mistake is being made that why they are taking a hell lot of time to get that thing in process and send me my money back.
