KARACHI, July 2025 – After six long years, Atlas Honda has announced the release of the
CG150, a brand-new motorcycle. This is the first new model in years that the company has upgraded.

The new Honda CG150 will cost you Rs. 459,900, which puts it head-to-head against the Suzuki GS150, which is cheaper. The Yamaha YBR 125 DX costs less but has a 125cc capacity engine and is only Rs. 400 cheaper than the new Honda CG150.
Specifications
Though Honda has not specified the specifications of the engine, the visual-based clues suggest that the bike will come with the same 150cc OHC engine as the one found in the CB150F with a balancer shaft that lowers the high-end vibration. The CG150 has been equipped with a five-speed all-forward transmission, LED headlights, and combined braking system (CBS). That means, when the rear brake is pressed, both the front and rear brakes are applied at the same time. The bike has also got a self-start and kick-start.
On the outside, the CG150 is equipped with alloy rims, a disc front brake, and radial front shocks that provide extended travel compared to the Honda CG125 and CD70. The exhaust, shocks, mudguards, and indicators are generously covered with chrome and give the bike a more polished appearance.
Icon e Launch
Besides the CG150, Atlas Honda launched its first electric scooter, the Icon e, with a price tag of Rs. 419,900. This is the first step for the company to enter the electric vehicle market as the country has adopted the National Electric Vehicle Policy (NEVP). Honda has clarified that road trials and regulatory clearances on the electric range are in process.
This dual launch is an extension of both traditional mobility and electric mobility by Honda, and thus, a new era of Honda in Pakistan.
