Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Monday, following a downward trend in the international market. The price of 24K gold per tola dropped by Rs 900 to reach Rs 449,800.
Similarly, 10 grams of 24K gold was sold at Rs 385,640 after the decline, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APSJA).
Other rates also saw a decrease. 22K gold reached Rs 412,432 per tola (Rs 353,504 per 10 grams). 21K gold stood at Rs 393,685 per tola (Rs 337,435 per 10 grams). 20K and 18K gold traded at Rs 374,938 (Rs 321,367 per 10 grams) and Rs 337,445 (Rs 289,230 per 10 grams), respectively.
Traders said the market remained stable despite minor fluctuations. The international gold rate eased slightly, influencing local prices. Silver rates also showed modest gains, with investors keeping a close watch ahead of upcoming festivities.
