Google has just released the Pixel Watch 4, its most powerful smartwatch yet. It comes with a new design, better battery, smart health tracking, and for the first time ever in a watch: a satellite communication for emergencies is introduced.
Bigger and Brighter Display
The Pixel Watch 4 has a new curved screen called the Actua 360 display. It gives users a larger and more vivid view. The screen is 10% bigger and 50% brighter, making it easy to see even in bright sunlight.
Long Battery and Fast Charging
Google has also improved the battery. The 41mm version lasts up to 30 hours, and the 45mm version goes up to 40 hours on one charge. With the Quick Charge Dock, the watch can charge from 0% to 50% in just 15 minutes.
Emergency Help Through Satellite
This is the first smartwatch that can connect to satellites without needing a phone. If you’re in an area without mobile signal, the watch can still send emergency messages using satellite networks. It uses the Snapdragon W5 Gen 2 chip, which enables the device to know where it is and call for assistance.
Smart AI Health Coach
The personal AI fitness coach on the Pixel Watch 4 is designed using Google Gemini AI. It helps you stay healthy by giving tips on exercise, sleep, and wellness. The coach learns from your daily habits and gives advice based on your personal goals.
Release Date and Price
The Pixel Watch 4 is now available for pre-order and will be in stores on October 9, 2025. The price stays the same as the Pixel Watch 3. It comes in different colors, and you can choose from new watch bands to match your style.
