The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics has documented a sudden increase in the prices of flour in the last three weeks. The national average cost of a 20kg bag of flour has gone up to reach Rs2,500, a growth of up to Rs1,050.
Flour Rate Today Across Major Cities
The official statistics showed that the greatest percentage increase was in Bannu where the price of 20kg bag of atta increased by Rs1,050. In Peshawar and Larkana it had risen by Rs900. In Islamabad it increased by Rs800, in Rawalpindi and Quetta by Rs740, in Gujranwala and Sialkot by Rs817, in Multan by Rs826 and in Sukkur by Rs840.
The price of flour in Bahawalpur had risen by Rs866.67, and the 20 kg bag of flour had risen by Rs830 in Lahore. The highest flour price is presently in Peshawar and Bannu where a 20kg bag is being sold at Rs2,500.

Pakistan flour price 2025 is still varying with significant disparity across regions. The prices of the 20kg flour bag are nearly 2,400 or more in Karachi, Hyderabad, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. By contrast, Faisalabad, Sargodha and Khuzdar are at the bottom with Rs2,200.
The current flour rate is widely fluctuating on a city to city basis with Peshawar and Bannu being the most expensive at Rs2500 per bag of 20kg of atta. Pakistan flour price monitoring in 2025 has now become a necessity since the price of flour is increasing at an unequal pace in the various regions.
