Pakistan Single Window (PSW) has linked its system with Nadra’s PakID mobile app. Users can now finish biometric verification from their phones. They no longer need to visit a Nadra e-Sahulat Centre.
What This Changes for Users
The new option covers three cases. Users can verify their biometrics for new PSW subscriptions, subscription renewals, and profile updates. All of this can now happen through the PakID app.
Users still need to meet Nadra’s usual verification rules. The change is in where they complete this step, not in the rules behind it.
Before this update, every PSW user had to visit a Nadra e-Sahulat Centre in person. That visit is no longer required for those using the app.
A Bigger Help for Overseas Pakistanis
This change matters most for overseas Pakistanis involved in trade with Pakistan. Many could not easily visit a Nadra centre while living abroad. They can now complete their PSW biometric check from wherever they are, through the PakID app.
