Dial *275# on your Jazz SIM to stop unwanted deductions from your main balance. It’s free, and it’s the code most people mean when they search for the Jazz balance save code.
What *275# Actually Protects You From
This service blocks hidden and third-party charges, things like auto-renewing subscriptions, premium content services, and other charges you never agreed to.
It does not block:
- Regular call and SMS charges
- Data usage from a package you actively subscribed to
- Jazz Advance loan repayments
So if your balance drops after activating this code, it’s likely from one of those three things, not a failure of the service.
How to Activate It
- Dial *275# from your Jazz SIM.
- Wait for the confirmation SMS.
- That’s it. The service is free and stays active for 30 days, then renews automatically at no cost.
How to Turn It Off
Dial *275*4# whenever you want to deactivate it. You can turn it back on anytime the same way.
Still Seeing Deductions After Activating?
A couple of things to check:
- Old subscriptions: *275# doesn’t cancel services you were already subscribed to before activating it.
- Dial *6# to see your active subscriptions and cancel the ones you don’t want.
- Jazz Advance: If you’ve taken a Jazz Advance loan, the repayment still comes out of your balance. This service doesn’t cover that.
Want a Second Layer? Doosra Balance (*869#)
Jazz also offers a separate service called Doosra Balance, dialed with *869#. It works like a second wallet on your SIM, keeping part of your balance separate from your main account.
There’s a small fee to use it, and different official-looking sources list slightly different amounts, so treat the number shown in your confirmation SMS as the real one rather than anything you read online, including this. Dial *869# to see the full menu for managing, checking, or turning off this service.
Works for Warid Numbers Too
Since Jazz and Warid run on the same network core, *275# and *869# both work the same way for Warid numbers.
Quick Tips
- Check your current balance anytime with *111#.
- If deductions still look wrong after trying everything above, call 111 or email [email protected] and ask them to review your account directly.
