Faysal Bank has declared a brief-term maintenance that will ensure the temporary halt of its important services such as Digital banking, ATMs, and Noor/Debit cards.
This will be planned to cause the Faysal Bank app not to work. On November 8, 2025, between 2:00 am and 4:30 am, and on November 9, 2025, between 1:00 am and 3:30 am, customers will experience service interruptions.

The bank has advised the users beforehand to plan before making transactions. The services will start once the maintenance window is over.
Faysal Bank application users are likely to experience issues with logins or transactions during the maintenance. There will also be short term outage of ATMs and card services. The Faysal bank application not working status will be normalized after updating.
In the meantime, customers with urgent needs can call the Faysal Bank helpline at 021-111-06-06-06 and get assistance in the period of downtime.
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has also launched a customer complaint portal at sunwai.sbp.org.pk and an application (on Google Play Store and iOS App Store). This site enables people to file complaints on banking or online service failures such as the non-functioning of the Faysal Bank app.
