Huawei Mate 70 Air: The Thinnest Huawei Phone Yet Launched in China

Huawei has launched the Huawei Mate 70 Air, its slimmest smartphone yet. The new model joins the trend started by Apple’s iPhone Air and ZTE’s Nubia Air. The phone is only 6.6mm thick and weighs 208 grams. Even with its thin body, the Huawei Mate 70 Air battery is very powerful at 6,500mAh, offering longer use than most slim phones.

Big Display and Strong Protection

The Huawei Mate 70 Air specs include a 7-inch Quad-Curved OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is bright, reaching 4,000 nits, and comfortable for the eyes with 2160Hz PWM dimming. It is protected by Kunlun Glass, which Huawei says is ten times more resistant to drops and scratches.

Smooth Performance and Quality Camera

The phone runs on HarmonyOS 5.1 and is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 9020A or Kirin 9020B chip. It has 12GB or 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The camera system has a 50 MP main lens, 12 MP telephoto lens and 8 MP ultra-wide macro lens, that provides you with sharp and bright photos.

Price and Availability

Huawei Mate 70 Air is distributed only in China, with the starting price of 4,199 CN (approximately 164,000 PKR). It comes in Gold Silver Brocade, Feather White, and Obsidian Black colors. With its slim design, big battery, and stylish look, the phone is expected to attract many buyers when it launches in other countries.
