MG Pakistan officially launched local assembly for the MG HS Hybrid+ and MG HS Super Hybrid during a ceremony at its Lahore manufacturing plant.
MG Motor Pakistan has officially started assembling two new hybrid SUV models at its production plant in Lahore. The company marked this milestone with a formal line-off ceremony. To showcase the new vehicles MG also launched nationwide customer experience events in major cities, including Karachi and Lahore.
This move follows a $20 million investment by MG Motor Pakistan to upgrade its local manufacturing facilities. Assembling these vehicles locally allows the company to reduce delivery waiting times for buyers. It also lowers import dependency and supports Pakistani automotive manufacturing industry.
Customer deliveries for both locally assembled hybrid SUVs will begin across the country shortly.
