The federal government has declared the new petrol prices in Pakistan for the coming 15 days. As per the notification of the Ministry of Finance, the new price of petrol in Pakistan today has been raised by a margin of Rs 4.07 per litre, which means that the new price is Rs 268.68 per litre effective on the 1st of October 2025.
As per the official notification, the high-speed diesel (HSD) price, also raised by Rs 4.04 per litre. The new rate stands at Rs 276.81 per litre. These petrol prices will remain in effect until the mid of October and will be revised again based on global market trends and exchange rate fluctuations.

These changes are notified by the Ministry of Finance after recommendations from OGRA, considering international oil prices and rupee-dollar parity.
The government has continued with its fuel price review policy every fortnight. The new today petrol price in Pakistan and diesel rates geared towards responding to fluctuations in the global oil market and also revenue through petroleum levy, sales margin and other duties.
