Arif Habib Limited sent an official warning to the Pakistan Stock Exchange on July 31. The warning is regarding a fake online investment scheme using its brand name. The warning came after fraudulent articles and social media posts began promoting a fake platform called “Arif Habib Artificial Intelligence.”
The scam promises to give weekly profits of up to PKR 500,000 to investors. Company Secretary Taher Siddiqui issued the official public notice to protect investors from financial loss.
Official Clarifications and Investor Warnings
Arif Habib Limited denies any connection to the fake AI platform. Prominent businessman Arif Habib has no involvement in this scheme. The company clarified that it releases all material announcements strictly through its official communication channels and the PSX system.

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan continuously warns citizens against illegal investment platforms. Officials advise the public to verify financial offers through official brokerage channels.
